The MC diaphragm actuator series is a complete series of direct-acting pneumatic actuators specifically designed for control valves. It features a compact structure, high output force, light weight, high reliability, and ease of operation.

The MC diaphragm actuator uses spring balancing to respond to the pneumatic output signal from the valve positioner applied to the diaphragm of the actuator. The position of the valve stem is determined based on changes in the signal. The zero position of the actuator is determined by the compression amount of the actuator spring, and the stroke range is determined by the spring stiffness of the actuator.

The MC diaphragm actuator can be used with direct-acting valves (such as single-seated, double-seated, sleeve, and split valves) and similar purpose mechanisms, and is widely used in the power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, pharmaceutical, food, machinery, and environmental protection industries.
