FC series actuators are commonly used for valves that rotate 90°. For example: ball valves, butterfly valves, rotary valves, etc., for switching or regulating flow.
The FC series has two designs: symmetrical and inclined. The symmetrical type has maximum torque output from 0° to 90°, and minimum torque output in the middle position. This corresponds to the torque characteristics of ball valves. The inclined type can output greater starting torque, making it more suitable for the torque characteristics of butterfly valves. The robust carbon steel housing and high-strength alloy steel fork ensure safe and reliable operation. The cylinder inner wall is chrome-plated for longer service life. The rack is pressureless, reducing leak points and simplifying maintenance. The modular design and structure maximize convenience in installation, maintenance, and storage. The intrinsically safe spring package ensures efficient operation and safe maintenance, preventing accidental hazards due to bolt corrosion.
