TC series

The TC series actuator consists of a cylinder, control accessories, and a manual device. The manual device is integrated into the box-type housing, and the steel housing provides support and protection, ensuring continuous operation of the equipment in harsh environments. The regulating actuator transmits an electrical signal to the positioner, which controls the air pressure entering and exiting both ends of the cylinder to achieve the function of adjusting the torque device opening via an electrical signal. The on-off actuator controls the energization and de-energization of the solenoid valve to control the change in the direction of air entering and exiting both ends of the cylinder, achieving the function of controlling the on and off of the torque device through energization and de-energization. With the increasing capacity of modern power plant units, the control torque of terminal components (dampers, fans, etc.) is also increasing, often requiring the use of actuators with a torque of 20000 Nm or more, while also requiring faster operating speeds.

The TC series pneumatic actuators fully meet these requirements:
Pneumatic actuators of various sizes (cylinder diameter up to 520 mm) can adapt to different torques; reasonable accessory design and the pneumatic circuit ensure a fast response time.

The airlock system included in the TC series actuators ensures a high degree of safety to prevent emergencies. When the air source fails, the airlock activates and automatically engages with the manual operation, simultaneously achieving mechanical locking of the pre-failure position.

Platform mounting, base bolt fixing, the end of the shaft is equipped with an output rocker arm. Both ends of the shaft have a spline structure, allowing adjustment of the initial position and direction of the rocker arm. Two output angles are available: 90 degrees and 70 degrees. It features a robust box-type structure (entirely made of steel plate).

The housing has two functions: protection and support.
The space inside the housing allows for the correct installation of the actuator and various accessories.
The actuator uses an SC series pneumatic cylinder actuator, which has a permanent lubrication system with CDG patented technology. Within its lifespan (30 years), it does not require oiling. The removable panel facilitates inspection and maintenance.
