The EAT electric actuator uses a digital integrated chip, absolute encoder, on-site rotary operation and LCD display, and a mechatronics structure design. It has the advantages of simple debugging, convenient operation, strong protection, high reliability, and stable performance. It is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and dampers for angular stroke operation, used for valve opening, closing, or regulating control. It can be remotely controlled or operated on-site. It is widely used in the power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceutical, water plant, and sewage treatment industries.
The device uses a non-invasive design. All electrical components are sealed in an aluminum alloy shell. The device is operated via a remote control or on-site rotary knob. The on-site rotary operation uses a cylindrical magnetic steel induction design, eliminating the traditional rotary through-shaft design, making the overall electric device control more precise and protection more reliable.
This product is for outdoor use, with an IP67 protection rating. The explosion-proof product (with "Ex" in the model number) has an explosion-proof rating of dⅡBT4.

Mechanical Features:
Shell: Aluminum alloy shell with oxidation treatment and polyester powder coating, suitable for various harsh working conditions;
Transmission Mechanism: Precise double worm gear mechanism, low noise, high output torque;
Self-locking Function: The double worm gear mechanism has a self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation;
Motor: Specially designed induction motor, built-in thermal protection switch to prevent motor overheating, insulation class F;
External Mechanical Limit: Prevents over-travel when the limit switch fails;
Torque Switch: Provides overload protection when the valve torque is too large, one for opening and one for closing torque;
Limit Switch: Accurately positions the valve, and the auxiliary switch provides dry contact signals;
Wiring Terminal: Spring-loaded wiring terminal, firm wiring, usable in vibration environments;
Dryer: The dryer prevents water vapor condensation;
Clutch Mechanism: The handwheel can be operated by engaging the shift handle, and it automatically resets when powered on;
Handwheel: With handwheel operation, the valve can be opened or closed during power failure or emergencies.
Electrical Features:
LCD display operation unit, real-time display of valve position, alarm information, operation status, and method, intuitive, easy to learn, understand, and operate;
Uses an absolute encoder instead of a traditional potentiometer as a position sensor, achieving arbitrary angle positioning, no dead zone, higher control precision, and longer life;
Parameters such as the fully open and fully closed positions of the electric device and signal query are set via remote control or on-site rotary operation, without the need for opening the cover for debugging, truly achieving a non-invasive design;
The control system of the electric device has automatic phase sequence, phase loss, overheating, and overload protection functions;
Multiple control methods, switch and regulation types can be switched at will, remote switch quantity has multiple wiring methods, passive contact control, two-wire control, and external voltage input control can be used;
The on-site rotary knob adopts a non-penetrating design, improving the overall sealing performance;
Provides multiple on-site monostable relays for convenient DCS system monitoring of the electric device;
The input/output signal channels are optically isolated and can withstand 2000V surge voltage.
